Open City Budget is one of the anti-corruption tools that the EU anti-corruption Initiative (EUACI) implemented by Denmark has committed to implement in cooperation with five Ukrainian municipalities as part of the overall concept of integrity cities (Chernivtsi, Chervonohrad Mariupol, Nikopol, and Zhytomyr). This concept aims to provide local citizens with convenient access to detailed and visualized information on the revenues and expenses of the city budgets and to optimize internal financial processes within the cities.

Objectives of the assignment include:
·        Detailed technical specifications for Open City Budget including the specificity of each city. 

·        Open City Budget web-portal set up and configured in each city.

·        Creation of an Open City Budget user manual.

·        Upload of recent financial data to the Open City Budget.

·        Training for employees of communal enterprises on how to use the Open City Budget.

·        Public presentations of the Open City Budget.

·        Technical support, bug fixing and maintenance of Open City Budget after launch.

The foreseen number of man-days are 300 and the maximum budget is 600.000 DKK.
